Spyderco Ladybug or Jester. Very small, but very useful. The Stainless steel Jester in particular is absolutely beautiful.
 
For a keychain
Spyderco Ladybug in VG10, really nice cutting blade, or a Byrd equivalent.
Vic Classic has a small blade and scissors, sweet, but not a strong blade.

I actually gave my girls both a Vic Classic and Byrd Finch for their key ring.

I gave a CRTK Peck, but the retaining screw loosens, and is not that safe.

Benchmade Benchmite II is small and locks well, and is a wider blade than the others.
Much more of a working blade. AUS8.
