Just wondering if the Kamis are building any time soon. Should I order ahead of time? Need another wicked long blade like another cold but, ahh well, life is short and the wife is already annoyed at me. :)

You do want one. Sword-woodchopper-machete-on-steriods.

Love my neem tarwar. :p

A Tarwar just might be on my short list to buy with the supposed tax rebate checks we might be getting. I dunno, maybe a falcata if one is collecting dust in Reno. I've already told the wife that it is our patriotic duty to splurge:D;)

I have dragon engraved blade Tarwar in stock.

Naa, looking for the working, no (stuff) type. I think we discussed a villager type at one point.

Hmm, although, what is the handle on that dragon carved one? (insert evil grin here)

If it's the one Yangdu showed me, it's black horn. The thing is quite attractive.

I've never seen an engraved Tarwar. Come to think of it, that big flat blade would make the perfect engraving canvas.

Mike, I think Munk also had a neem Tarwar, a very nice gray neem one at some time, unless that was another model I'm thinking of.

Yangdu?

Is it just the blade that is carved with a normal handle? If so, it has my interest!

moblues, if this is the Tawar that Yangdu emailed me pics of a few weeks ago, which I'm guessing it must be, then the handle is a little fancier than normal. Nothing huge but more than just a line across the middle.

Just looked at the pics in my email again and man, that thing is a beauty.

Fancier, as in carved or . . .?

What is that sound?! Oh yeah, the sound of a bank account being drained!

moblues: Just pop me an email so I can see your email address and I'll send the pictures straight to you.

I bought a double dragon engraved Tarwar a while back. They are great swords. The engraving is very nice. This is one sturdy hunk of steel, no doubt it'd hold up under "real" use. I couln't resist trying it out on some vegetation including a small tree, and it worked well. Mind you, it isn't a gardening tool.

The only HI sword I want more is a falcata.

No way to send you e-mail under your current setup. Mine is up so you can PM me and I'll respond.

All:

Looks like I'll be the owner of a horn handled and carved Tarwar. I'll add a wood handled one later. Man, I need to sell some Benchmade autos at this point to be ready for that one!

Well now! Yangdu just informed me that a villager is awaiting me. Schweet! Now I will be in the hole and with two Tarwars! An early birthday present to me!

Thanks Yangdu!
