Anybody carry an X-ray Vision?

Anybody here carry that knife. I was given one recently and I'd like to know about the lock performance (spring strength, etc.). Thanks in advance!

You can search the SOG forum for "Arc-lock" (or "arclock") and read all about it.

It is an outstanding mechanism. I've carried its big brother, the SOG Night Vision, for many years. I have nothing but praises for this knife! The X-Ray Vision only differs in handle material and liner support.

I carry one in, but not in the summer. I go with very very lightweight edc's during the summer. (Delica 3, Benchmade 530, etc. etc. Light and low profile.) Autumn, winter, spring, though, I often EDC the xray in a jacket pocket. Great knife> excellent lock, excellent steel, admirably sharp out of the box & touches up easily. Only thing I'd say is that handle shape takes a bit of getting used to, but all in all it's a winner - especially at street price.
