Anybody carry pain relievers in their PSK?

I carry sample packs of stuff. Or buy single/travel size packets.
Anything else RX gets put in pill fobs or small med/OTC bottles.
Carry the scrip for meds in billfold. Some say you have to leave meds in original container or you'll get busted for drugs. YMMV

I carry what I will most likely need: analgesic (Tylenol 750 mg), anti-inflammatory (nimesulide), anti-histaminic for my rhinitis (Allegra or Allegra D), anti-hemetic (Digesan - bromopride), bandaids, and that's it for my personal FAK. For me at least there's absolutely no need to carry more in terms of pills.

You just can't carry everything you may need, so I would stick to the basics, and would add any prescription drugs that you have to take (blood pressure meds if you take them, epinephrine pen if you're highly allergic, etc). For a bigger kit, or a family kit, I would add more trauma supplies (bandages, tape, gauze, etc, even a suture kit with local anesthetics if you have the formal training to do that) and other family-specific meds (analgesic/fever med in drops for the kid, migraine med for the wife, etc).

Generally though, I would not carry a med if I'm not 100% sure how and when to use it. Frankly, some people carry too much stuff and even meds that may do some damage .
