Glad you asked!
I just completed a deal with KnifeSite.com.
I was unsure too... not having any info on them. After a couple e-mails asking for a price on a H Viele, availibility, and if there was any duty (they're in Canada) owed on the purchase.... Steve gave me the best price I found for this knife, assured me it would ship the next business day, and that there was no duty since they ship from the US(I believe they are an established store with several locations). They shipped as promised, and provided shipping info (tracking #...). Unfortunately they shipped the wrong version, but Steve shipped the correct knife out Fed Ex at no additional cost. And, to beat all.... he made up for the mistake in an incredibly generous way(no specifics lest people start expecting the same!

Most importantly to me.... Steve answered all e-mail within a couple hrs. Communication is SOOOO important IMO in these transactions.
