Anybody EDC a Mean Street?

I'm having a scout carry sheath made for my GW; it's pretty comfortable like that (sometimes I carry a bk14 like that); and as for the thought above--I'd love to edc my TGLB too!
I know right. ^^ all day. Spec Ops sheath.

I fondle my TGLB more than any other knife I own. The only thing that comes close is my Sebenza. I would love to EDC the TGLB but unfortunately that's not too practical and I don't think my work, where any knife is looked down on, would be happy.

Ha^^ this is true. You could keep it close to your heart in a little go bag when you're at work.

I've actually been thinking about that. I don't carry a bag but most of my coworkers all keep some type of bag with them for lunches, extra medical supplies, etc. I work at a state funded addiction recovery center as an in-house EMT so a bag full of extra emergency equipment as well as some other preparedness stuff and some snacks wouldn't be a bad idea. Could keep the TGLB in there as a last ditch bug out blade.

Yes sir. Perfect. You can also articulate why it is necessary if anyone ever sees it. Pry bar, seat belt cutter, butter knife... ect... Oh survival blade. Zombie killer... lol

I tried Edc ing my TGlB in the cardboard Sheathe in my left shorts pocket around the house works good

I sometimes do, it's part of my rotation.
As to sheath, I think something like I made for my AD would work for MS quite well.
It's made to be worn between belt and the body

I learned about ten years ago that carrying a knife is different than carrying a handgun, but many insist on mimicking handgun carry. There are so many different methods to carry a knife that absolutely cannot work with a handgun.

When I EDC a folder I tend to clip it to my pocket as the clip usually does not fit on my belt and at work this can be really annoying when I have to keep going in my pockets and the folder is in the way , I prefer to EDC a fixed and attach the sheath to my belt and position it to the right of my pocket making room
For easy access.

There are sheath makers that put a clip on the sheath to allow for pocket carry just like a folder. I have been thinking about one for my GW and the muskrat I just bought. Nice way to carry a shorter fixed blade depending on the type pants you wear.

I carry folders all the time, and seldom carry fixed blades. But when I do, the Mean Street is one of two that get carried. I just use a flat leather sheath and drop it in the pocket of a pair of jeans.

Dericdesmond posted that there are no news of a folder. He's at Blade presently. He handled a ASH2, but both it and Silent Knight were present and not for sale.
