Anybody else here from Vermont

The title says it all. I live in Brandon and work in Rutland. Basically, an hour and a half south of Burlington.

Just wondering if there was anybody around here.
 
No, but when my wife's family lived in PA we used to go camping up there. It's a beautiful state.

Yes, I'm pretty sure he does. And it's a beautiful state. Spend a few hours in Randolph if you can. Visit the Vermont Castings (woodstoves) factory. Also Montpelier. Very nice. I love Vermont. Bennington, Stowe, Mt. Killington (good skiing). Too cold to retire to, but not a bad visit.

i live in Maine, but when i pass thru i enjoy eating @ Bertucci's (spell that right?) :D

their brick-oven pizza's are superior to other pizza places pizza.

i get pepperoni, ham, mushroom, and caramelized onions. :eek: mmm
 
I recently relocated to Bennington, VT...like it so far, but I will be glad when spring comes!
 
Welcome to VT Jvic. The weather will get better in 2 or 3 months. :p

What are you doing in Bennington? I work in Rutland, only about an hour away, north up Route 7.
 
Hey Vermont guys...Vermont is one of the few states I have never visited, but why do I want to live there? Is it a great state?
