Anybody else like Stag?

Here are some #48s, my latest in (sambar) stag.

This one is my fattest though

I love stag when both sides match nicely with similar color and texture. Here's a couple examples.

JH Lloyd Amber Stag

Very nice stag Jeff. I am working at getting a John Lloyd knife in green Micarta, but I am now leaning towards the Stag.

Very nice stag knives Jeff. I am looking at purchasing a John Lloyd with Green Micarta handles but I now am leaning towards a light stag. :)

Rob, the stag on that Cramer shows real character, nicely done knife indeed.

Thanks, Will

Personally I have to admit I never handled a knife with real stag yet.
Just from the looks: I do not like it!

Maybe I will get the 2014 forums knife and it might change my mind ;)

Here's a few. Top one is a Puma and the other two are Carl Schlieper knives.

This last one is a Parker. It so fat it's comical. Despite the looks it's fills the hand quite nicely. Brace yourself...

I don't really like the fat stag either, but I have a couple of Case knives with that characteristic. Fortunately I selected examples that has a smoother surface, so they aren't that bad.

Don't know how many stag knives I have all together; it's a material I like, but I don't go out of my way to search for it. Maybe 20?

Here are some of them:
