I have two or three such kits--the idea being I could grab one sheath package and be pretty well prepared for issues that arise outdoors. This one is my Horton "Woods Walker"© package. 
It contains: Horton Camp Blood, a Leatherman SuperTool 200, three fire straws, a Bic Mini lighter, a button compass, a Metal Match fire steel with striker, an Acme Tornado Slimline survival whistle, and a Photo II mini-light.
The Spec-Ops sheath also has plenty of extra paracord for lashing. I'd like to get some tubing to cover the top of the gear pouch and make it more water resistant. While I do like the slimmer nature of the Combat Master sheath, the gear pocket is not as well covered as on the older Survival sheath with the buckle.
