Really nice elk stag 110! It I had gotten an ES 110, 112 or 501 I would have a whole bunch of lock knives that wouldn't get carried again!

I have an older 501 on the way. I looked one over in person a few weeks back while on vacation and wished ever since that I would have bought it. I think/hoping the one I'm getting will have the 425m steel. I know that doesn't seem to be a real popular steel but I really like it.
 
Found this Buck 124 Frontiersman at a Pawn & Gun this week; I think it's circa 1982-83 - has the original blade grind but the later wood handles. OH

Got me a Buck 389 Canoe knife on the way. Wood with nickel bolsters. I've got a 110 but this will be a little smaller and can go in my pocket. ;)
 
I have a new Vanguard coming if the post office will move it. Its been setting in a sort facility for 3 days

Edit. It just arrived at a facility140 miles away. There was no departure scan with it left Cleveland.... maybe tomorrow
