I ordered a subscription for Knives Illustrated from them back in July, and I haven't received an issue yet.
I tried their online customer service form, which said to expect a reply in 7 to 10 business days, and that was 4 weeks ago.
I left a phone message, with no reply, and whenever I try to call them, there are no service reps available. Are they a scam, or just understaffed and/or incompetent?
The only good thing in all this is that their hold music isn't too bad. I can post their number if y'all want to hear it. LOL
