Anybody have any Info on a older Busse Bladeforums Edition knife?

I scored a B9 off Fleabay recently - it was a smoking deal but has been re-handled. The blade has a small choil and is sterile.

Did this one originally come with a crinkle coat?

I think it's the real deal but I don't know the history of the Basic line to determine exactly what this one started out as.
