Anybody heard from Joe?

Has anyone heard from Joe Houser? Is he still on vacation or just buried in e-mails after the shutdown? He's a great guy. I miss hearing from him. Racer Roy

I exchanged several emails wit him throughout the day yesterday. You just can't beat the man when it comes to taking care of the average consumer. When I got in from work last night there was a message waiting for me from him.....
