Anybody heard of this guy?

Looks suspect to me. I see zero information regarding steel type, hardness, handle material, or size and weight specs. As you ready pointed out, no makers mark, and only 1 photo of each knife.
 
Could be anything from Pakistan to Alabama damascus. Best to send him a friend request and talk to him about his knives. Ask specific questions like materials, HT methods, final hardness, edge angles ,etc. If he is legit, he will know all that.
 
We have 20 to 30 requests a day to get on our Knife Makers sight on Facebook. We set it up to learn from each other. We do not allow sales of any kind. It is amazing how many guy's try to get on there for the sake of trying to sell there goods......to a bunch of Knife Makers! We will usually go to their Facebook sight to see what kind of content they have. Most of them look like the one you pointed out Curtis. JUST another salesman.
