I have got a few knives from one guy in Ohio.
The first two deals go smoothly.
Later in the last deal, I sent him a MO on Dec.3 2001
then he just disappear! No more email answered!
Since I am in not in U.S.A.
The MO sent to the address is:
---------------
Name: G. Dipnarine
Box 17
Cairo, Ohio
45820, USA
-------------------
His email is: dipngd@yahoo.com
and nick name is:blank blank

The MO is 440 US $.

Any advice to catch it?
Thanks a lot for any information.

Hey Supreme...

First off Welcome to BF.com....

Its too bad the one of your first experiences here at bladeforums is a bad one....

Well you have taken the first step on getting your money back...

The GB&U forum is probably the only place I know of that can Blackball someone in one easy step....

Before you go any further make sure you have exhausted all other courses of action..

e-mail, phone, as well as registered mail. Makes copies of everything you do and find your MO recipt...

Give the guy the benifit of the doubt.. He could have left the country on a business trip, funeral or something else that wouldn't allow him a chance to write you back.

In a registered letter,,tell him you will give him 30 days to come up with your knife, or the money, or you will take further action. Make sure you tell him you've got the ball rolling here at BF.com...

Your next step is to go to the Postmaster General...
File a Fraud complaint....

This sort of activity is mail fraud,, and the post office will take the steps needed to get your money back...

There is a way of cancelling that MO as well ,,but chances are it may have neen cashed already....

Give the guy the oppertunity to come clean,, if that doesn't happen in a predetermined length of time,, nail his a$$ to the boards...

Good luck and always finish up with a note here and tell us what happened...

If he indeed burned you,, his time here is over...

Hi Supreme, welcome to BladeForums. You state that you are not from the U.S., where are you located? If it is Canada I may be able to give you some advice. If not then I may not be much help.

Is the fellow you are dealing with a member of BladeForums? I could not find anyone listed with the user name blank blank.

If you are Victor Huang, aka Vampor, then all can say is 'what goes around, comes around'

If you are not Victor then I'm sorry for your trouble, but...

You have not listed your email, you only registered today, your home page is the same as Victor/Vampor

Just for everybody's info: Victor Huang ripped me off for an MT Sig Edition mini-SOCOM and attempted to rip off S4 Supply.

The worst part is he never even apologised for my loss. He claimed Hong Kong customs lost the package so it was not his problem...:barf:

The biggest knife distributor and dealer in Asia.
YOu could visit it . We have got a complaint from usps that a parcel
sent to us missing a few months ago. It is for one of our friends.
And we have stated that we have never got such a parcel. The Mail system here is good and trackable. I think USPS should have got their result already. What did they say? Any evidence?

Supreme:

You are the biggest knife dealer in Asia, but you keep your email address secret:rolleyes:

Are you the same 'biggest knife dealer in Asia' that tried to use S4 Supply to subvert the exclusive that another distributor had for TOPS knives in Asia?

The incident in question was in April of 2001, the USPS tracked the package to Hong Kong where Victor had me send it to 'a friend'. Because he did not have it shipped to his confirmed address I had no protection at all by PayPal. I have posted and emailed copies of all my shipping receipts to Victor/Vampor repeatedly. Of course he 'never got any of the emails':barf:

As usual for people associated with 'scams' like Victor you say 'any evidence', yes I have it but as you know it did me no good. We work on honor around here, I've shipped and gotten over $1000 worth of knives in the last 2 weeks and don't need evidence, I have my word around here and a sense of honor, something that seems lacking in some of your associates:barf:

Like I said in my first post, 'what goes around, comes around'

Ahhhhh....

The $hit hole gets deeper I see....

Another thing I forgot to mention.. Don't try scamming people on BF.com..

Too many eyes are watching..

As far as Lanny's credibility goes.. I'm naming my next born after him...

As honorable as they come....

The plot Thickens Holmes!!

Nothing with our own business.
If all dealers are just like you, no business here.
You are just like a child ,not like a man. Any problem
could be solved if you really want to do it.
Just shouting is useless.
No cheat before does not mean no cheat for ever, especially
for who has no deal experience with you.
All fraud has its purpose,do you think which part is cheating
for your little money?

Hey Supreme...

In your first couple of posts I can pretty much understand what you are saying..

Now it's all Jibberish and can't understand a thing you are saying...

Please explain your last post a little better...

Eric...

I "think" his last post says:

"It is OK for me to commit fraud and theft by not shipping you your Microtech. The value of the microtech was less than the loss I just suffered from the guy in Ohio. The "little Fraud" I committed against Ishay is fine because I only consider it to be a small amount since I am the Largest dealer in Asia.

And about attempting to screw S4. Well, we are bigger than they are so it's OK. Now where is my money from Ohio? I am only a small-time SH*T-BAG, please do not call me a big time SH*T-BAG. Now where is my money from Ohio?"

Does that sound like the translation?

Somebody get him a phucking english lesson..

Like reading the subtitles on a bad double dragon movie..

Wolfmann,

You have incredible translation abilities. I'm pretty sure that's exactly what "supreme" meant.

the gentelman never denied he was mr vamor...
if he wasnt .. and was just looking for help..
he would have denied it..and told who he was...
the whole thing was a bit hard to follow as that
"are you vampor" line came out of the clear blue...
but i got it after a bit... the s4 drama was a bit
much.. subverting orders..international fraud.. gezzz
i thought the competition between knife shops was
a bit deep..but this amazes me, im not a dealer
but a customizer and repairman who does about 10
custom jobs on forumites knives a week.. i send and recieve owners knives all week long..and i cant see anyone doing what this
supreme fellow did.. sending $400 to someone with no
name..address..or contact info.. doesnt make much sense
does it.. heck..if most of us did that a few times
we'd be bankrupt real quick....well sounds like you guys
have it well under control!! glad your watching out for the
rest of us..sometimes we try to be very trusting and these
dirtbags jump on it...a thanks from the darkman..good job.

ill be glad to call you, and we can discuss it..
otherwise..keep your smartass remarks to yourself.
since both of you seem well versed in spanking your monkeys
why dont you get together and do each other..maby you could
learn something new huh!.... buttheads...

Darkman, I hope you do not think that I was referring to you. I took it that KC was referring to the person that started this thread, not you. Then again, if you were just referring to the comments that were made, and the fact that we made them at all made us buttheads, then you know what you can do with your opinion.
