I sent a mail order last week and wanted to see if they had received it yet so I looked on thier web site and thet dont have an email address anywhere on there and when I tried calling the phone number I get a busy signal so I tried again about 30mins later and still got a busy signal I've tried at least 3 more times and they must have the phone off the hook or something. Has anybody here delt with them in the past..........

Lots of transactions, hundreds of dollars, never a problem. I can't say anything about communications, because I never had to call or write.
Cool I'll just wait and see. I have a hard time dealing with new companys cause I've been screwed over before. I like it here cause I can find out about good places like New Graham and be warned of places. I'll try again tomarrow to call them and if I cant reach them I'll just wait for the stuff to arrive.
