Anybody here like Posole' aka Hominy Soup?

I was born and raised in the old central valley of California. You'd better believe I like Posole! Thanks for the recipe...have to try it out on Mrs. OP (she's a Southerner -- from Downey, CA!).
 
Sure glad y'all are liking it...:thumbup: :D Posole' is one of my favorites of all time winter or summer!

along with frybread of course and if you're really lucky some grape dumplings.The wild onions are up nice now and the ndn churches are starting to have their fried wild onions and eggs. There are wild onions out in our easement and we have a couple of gallons of good Concord Grape juice, enough to make grape dumplings for several skins.:thumbup: :cool: :D
Traditionally the grape dumplings were made from wild grapes but it will be a long while until they're ready, in the meantime the grape juice will do nicely.;)
