They are about an hour from where i live (retail store) in the middle of long island,NY. So far I have bought an emerson commander, and some shooting gear from them, their staff seems to be quite knowledgeable. I have never used their internet ordering system. But i bet if you had any problems you could give them a call in their retail store, they usually have about 5 guys working there at any one time.

Way different experience if shopping in person. They at times can get very opinionated and unfriendly. There's no sense of control when it's really busy. I'd experienced being skipped more than a couple of times when waiting for service.
Deal with online site and not the store. Don't even make the mistake of calling the store! Online they're great, with excellent prices. Just fax or e-mail the order. Call the store about an online purchase and they get very pissy and obnoxius!
