Anybody know the history of what lead to the closing of Camillus?

I'd like to know the events that lead to their closing after being in business that long.

Check out old posts of around Feb 2007. The guys that know are Tom Williams(Camco) and Phil Gibbs. Lot of factors including, but not exclusively, good/fair foreign(cheap) competition, management, labor, 9/11 restrictions--lots of factors. Many things outside company control.
