Anybody know the legality of the Pocket Hobbit in PA??

i've looked all over for info on folding knives and the length allowed; also, how those serrations may affect legality...not finding much (even tried AKTI..got a lot of PA law sites, and PA police sites, couldn't find anything very specific)...
HELP!!

Anything but switch blades are okay in Pa. Of course you can always get a LEO with an attitude problem but other than that (which is true anywhere) you`re fine. I`ve been carrying a CS Lg.Vaquero daily for about 5 years and never had a problem with it anywhere in Pa. even though it`s clearly visible peeking out of my back pocket. I also checked with a friend who`s a Trooper,he said as long as *you* don`t break the law and make it an issue knives are no problem. I even showed him the Vaquero.
