Anybody know what happened to Allen Blade?

I picked up a pretty neat little neck knife this weekend. It looks very similar to the REKAT Utility but is completely unmarked. The finish looks to be a black teflon or really dark blueing. The guy I bought it from told me that it was from Allen Blade. He had the small tanto utility neck knife as well but I passed on that one. Everything about this one goes along with the other that I know to be an Allen Blade design. I just can't find anything about Allen Blade anymore on the web. Did they go belly up?
Does anyone know what this model was called?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Also, does anyone know how to get ahold of Allen Blade?
