That's a very good suggestion. I've been lazy about savings thus far, but plan to really get started during this deployment. The Army offers a fixed 10% savings account for one. I'm also talking with my sister (who is a bit more financially savvy than I) about mutual funds and CD's.

One could argue that INFI is an investment strategy in itself though, given the way that they resell. Hide some of those Busse's under your mattress for a rainy day.
