Anybody remember the "Clip-It" thumb stud?

Does anyone remember the "clip-it" or "zip-it" (can't recall exactly)? It was basically a thumb stud that clamped onto the back of a blade using an Allen screw, and was popular before everyone started sending knives out from the factory with thumb studs or holes already installed. I can post a picture of the one I have if anyone wants. I'd like to get a few more for some of the knives I have that don't have thumb studs, but they seem to have disappeared.

Anyone know what I'm talking about or where I could find them?

What you are looking for is called the kwik thumb stud.

There was also a slide on version called the "Flick-It" back in the 80's

Go to USA knife maker supply. They have what you're looking for.

I was just looking at several sites for deep pocket clips for a few knives. They have the old version Kwik thumb bars, and the Kwik thumb studs. Plus an array of through-the-blade studs, if you want to take a press or a Dremel to your knife. Just click on folding knife parts.

Hi Ebbtide -

I had a Flick-It on my Ranger back in the late 70's. Those were cool and they worked great.
