I asked this question about a week ago and got great responses. I need someone to HT a 154cm chef's knife for me, and was told to go to Darrin Sanders, texas knife supply, or trugrit. Darrin no longer does 154cm =[. So my question is, does anyone out there HT for 154cm? I would rather pay someone here that can learn a thing or two, I would need someone with the equipment to do it, but needs to practice. If you have the ability and equipment to do it, but need practice with this steel let me know! It is my first knife and I don't mind if you use it to practice on and mess up a bit, its not going to see hard use. I will pay for everything too. I am not looking for a freebee just trying trying to help improve someone's HT skills as well as finish this knife! Thanks :thumbup:
