I'm coming onto this thread a couple of years later, I too am a lefty and I really like your knives.

Do you have left-hand versions of the Kizer Sheepdog in the regular, mini, and XL size? If not what would it take to manufacture them for the left-handed consumer market? Please advise

There is a regular sized lefty Sheepdog. They are still in stock at most retailers.
