Anyone Attending the ABS Knife Expo?

Just seeing who is going to be getting down to San Antonio for the ABS Expo this weekend. I'll be there at the seminars and on the floor, and was curious if anyone familiar would be there as well. I know of a few regulars from the site that will be there, and I'm going to try and put faces with names.

BTW Nathan, thanks for reminding me about the show. We leave tonight at midnight-thirty so that we can be there all day tomorrow (and of course all week-end).

Well, Nick. You made my list...barely. I'll be leaving tomorrow after lunch for the drive down. Only about 390 miles...call it 6 and half hours of me time. Should be getting in around 7 or 8. Erin's not coming with me for this trip, so I'm a happily married bachelor for the weekend.

As for the accent, well it depends on what I'm talking about . If it's human physiology or biology, it hides pretty well. If it's knives or guns...it's all hick.

I'll be there. I'm taking Friday off and driving down early, but if there's gonna be a pre-show shindig tomorrow, I might have to do something about that, too.

I won't have much to show off this time around. I've been working on shop space and tooling instead of knives - hopefully that'll start paying off soon.

How about this - Saturday is open sales all day. Maybe we could congregate Saturday, roam around and razz the guys tied to tables.

I'm easy, I live an hour away and my girlfriend is even closer. I will say that I'm really only making this gig for 2 reasons - the seminars and meeting as many of y'all as possible.
