Anyone buy from mknife in Russia

Site looks somewhat legit but no reviews and physical address and cryptic as to whether they ship to US. Anyone have experience with them or have a current POV on if you can even buy a knife from Russia and have shipped

The last time that I wanted to purchase sharpening stones and such from Russia the place told me that they couldn't sale to me unless we went about it in a roundabout way.
They wanted me to pay to an account in another country to circumvent the embargo.
I did not do this as I would have had no recourse had something went wrong.

This was several months ago and maybe even last year, (2023) things might have changed by now.
