Anyone collect old Japanese blades?

I used to collect and still have 6 pieces left. They will pass down to my children if Im lucky. I would love to still be collecting but that was a single mans hobby...back when I had extra cash burning the ol' pockets.

I have two wakizashi 1395 - 1425, one katana from 1942, a tanto from 1860 and a Japanese Naval dirk. Also have japanese chef's knives, one of which is carbon steel, forged and bought from a yard sale yesterday for $1.00, except she gave to it to me free because I bought an axe ($5) and an oil can( $1)! I will be returning next Saturday!
