Anyone dealt with James Linthicum?

This fellow received a knife from me 10 days ago and apparently has decided not to pay for it. He received my knife and his payment never arrived, plus he's ignoring e-mails. His e-mail addy is sharpsman@hotmail.com. The knife was shipped to Dodge City, Kansas.

I can tell you that James C Linthicum is in the Dodge City Jail. He has had ongoing theft problems for at least 10 years that I can document.
Orlando Villasenor of the Dodge City PD is the officer in charge of this case.
