Anyone drinking?

OK I live in San Francisco so this shouldn't happen!!!

It is about 85 degrees here in my area and the sun in beating into my house as it sets.

Time for a Vodka & Tonic:thumbup:

NO GUYON you wouldn’t need this stuff after a day of bait fishing.  Also I had time to look at your lost of suggested music CDs and I was surprised to see that your such a big fan of Liza Minnelli, Barbara Streisand and Elton John.

You know why you catch little fish? So you can catch even bigger fish.

I'm sort of off Elton since my wife told me yesterday that he's homosexual. Suddenly, "Rocket Man" just doesn't seem the same to me. However, Liza and Babs still rock.

Speaking of fish....

I'm looking into a fishing destination for this year. I don't know if it will be Alaska again or not. A friend wants to go with me and he isn't a fan of Alaska; he mentioned Patagonia. But from what was described to me by guys that have been there I understand that is a lot of lake fishing. Maybe Russia this year:confused: ; but that is trough too.

I like bigger fish like Salmon, even big trout just don't do it for me.:(

If I were going to pick one spot to fish right now, it would be Central or South America. Inland, you've got giant largemouth and peacock bass. Inshore, there's all manner of game fish, some of which are sizable. And offshore, giant marlin and other big critters.

Mmmmm very big bass on a fly... interesting:thumbup:

Soutwest Florida (my neck of the woods) has great fishing!

I am not a good fisherman, but I have gotten everything from redfish, snook, bonnethead shark, salt water catfish, sea trout, largemouth bass, gar, mangroves snapper, jacks, ladyfish, tilapia, cobia, and others from the dock in my back yard! No record breakers from me but the convenience of going out for an hour around sunset after work is very cool:cool:
Plus I am only about 3-4 hours by boat to the Keys:thumbup:
