I found several years ago that using a tube to blow on a fire worked MUCH better than a traditional bellows whilst at the same time being very inexpensive and portable. This is particularly great for us archers--aluminum arrow shafts are the absolute best for this! I'm presently using an Easton "Jazz" shaft from a broken arrow for the woodstove, and plan on adding another shorter one to my gear. Cheap, portable, and much more effective than you might think!

I use a brass tube about 3' long at my main camp fire site.
Have for years they are great to use.

I use a collapsible radio antenna, with about 3 feet of plastic tubing on the end.. I can extend it and blow to the fire from my seat without getting smoke in my eyes..when I'm done it collapses down and rolls up into my pocket.

Nice idea with the antenna! Generally speaking I've found that thinner is better.

Plus they make great spitball shooters around the campfire at night for cheap entertainment...note to self Brett, Tony, etc. I've been using a piece of arrow for about 25yrs now, been in my kit and always carried along.
