I know I do. Well I don't steal them as much as borrow. Today whilst getting ready to head to the library I saw one of my girlfriends knives on my desk and decided to borrow it, as it is more than capable for any tasks the library may throw at me. Anyone else do this. This is great for me cause I get to try out knives without having to purchase them

I don't steel knives. I prefer to use my Sharpmaker triangle stones. I do not find those chef's steels very usefu, so I never really steel my knives.

Dmt or ceramic at home.
Steel at work (Butcher).

:D

It was a pun you guys, i used the incorrect homophone on purpose...
well I guess y'all are doing that too.
Puns are fun.

My wife stole my Victorinox Electrician. Now it is hers. She uses it a lot. I steel it occasionally. The steel of the blade responds well to steeling, and it saves me from having to steal off to where I keep my stones and give it a real sharpening as often. I usually use an Arkansas stone with it, which, even though it is a stone, it is too small to ever be used as a stele.

I'm not sure I'm edgy enough to make a good knife pun, but I'll take a stab at it... :D
