Anyone Else Experiencing Problems With Parts Requests From KAI?

I've requested parts be sent to me three separate times on two different knives, one a ZT and the other a Kershaw, within the last few months. While I get the original cookie cutter response, I haven't received any of the parts I've requested. I'm not new to this, and have successfully requested parts from KAI before, so I'm wondering: what gives?

Has anyone else experienced these problems as of late? Am I just the victim of bizarre misfortune? Maybe the fourth time is the charm and I should just try again?
 
Took them two weeks to send the parts after I submitted the request, but I did receive them last week. They do take steps to prevent abuse of the parts request system, based on the frequency, number of parts, etc. -- it is possible your email was flagged as such. You may want to call up and talk - should clear up things pretty fast.

Great advice actually. I had taken apart my ZT 0560 after about 2 years of use (it was nasty and needed to be thoroughly cleaned). Like a fool the stop pin fell into the sink and adios. I had to make the request 3 separate times. THey sent me everything else which was graciously appreciated on my end, but I still couldn't use the knife without that pin. I had to email a picture of what I was talking about. I got the pin a week later.
 
Alright maybe I'll give them a call. Guess I'll submit a request so that it's fresh on their list if I do decide to call. It started out pretty mundane when I didn't get the clip screw I requested for my 0562, but then a frame screw got stripped on a CQC-6k I bought for a friend for Christmas and I requested a replacement twice and still never saw it. That's gonna be one late Christmas present!
 
No problems getting parts to Canada.They're probably getting caught up since SHOT show.There is one thing that bugs me,is that they send a small bags of parts in a large 11 x 14 padded envelope.Also no Catalog.Just saying it doesn't make much sense.
