Anyone else have an issue with Kershaw's repair/sharpening?

^ Same here...My Grandfather and Father and Me are all Car Customizers/Restorers in our spare time and when I got into knives I realized None of us had Torx sets.... I also found that out when my GF had me work on her Saturn Astra thats made in Belguim by Opel and everything was Torx lol
 
I would send Kershaw an email, if they have a bad tech working or someone doing a poor job they should know. If Kershaw is going to be 100%, the weak links need to be removed.
Back in the day when the Blur was my main EDC it was my "nice" knife. If I were to send it in, Id want it coming back sharp, pretty and centered.
