Anyone else use their Umnum as a skinner?

I used mine to skin a deer yesterday and it worked very well. The cutouts on the spine are a great place for your index finger for more control. The knife cleaned so easily afterwards it was like cleaning a fixed blade.
 
Yup, that's what the cutouts are for.

The rearward cutout works well for a thumbrest when whittling too.

The blade design has all the features, added to it, that were missing on the Seb.
