I had to do a couple touch ups. So I finish and grab a beer. Now I’m sitting here, looking up at my grinder build. And an incredible sense of accomplishment and thankfulness swept over me. So I flipped out my phone and had to grab a pic. So thankful to my Lord. He blessed me with this incredible gift.

Just wondering if anyone else has had a moment like this. Just to bring a smile to your face and make you think, “I need to grab a pic of this!”.

I took a step back the other day and looked at my shops(my garage shop, basement shop, and “clean shop” upstairs for sheaths and design work) and felt real lucky. Sure I have other equipment I want, but I’m pretty lucky to have what I have. It’s taken a lot of work and a lot of sacrifice to build up what I have, but I’m grateful nonetheless. It can all be taken away in an instant, and everyone loses everything eventually, so enjoy it while it lasts.

Now I just need a forge press, power hammer, lathe, and another forge, and I’ll be good to go.
