Anyone elses multitool do this?

Thank you guys, much appreciated as well Ted. But what I've done is only equal to what you guys and so many others have done and continue to do, pay it forward. I have so many knives, multi tools and what not that it borders on craziness.

That said, I have not heard back from Tommy? Tommy I also sent you a visitor's message as well. No email from you either? If you'll reach out and provide me your name and address I can get a Leatherman out to you in tomorrow's mail:thumbup:

Very good of you to do that Paul.

Tommy - you should take Paul up on his offer. Someday when you are in better financial circumstances, you can pay it forward. Lots of very generous & helpful people here.

As far as your tool and it's misalignment, I have two multitools get have done that. It usually occurs when tolerances loosen up at the handle pivots, which usually comes from how you hold the tool when it's opened up for use. This allows a little play to creep in, and as you use the tool more it just Increases. In my experience it won't wreck the tool, it's just annoying to look at.

Paulhilborn you are a good soul. I am proud of your stand up attitude. This was an act of kindness and generosity. Tommy, hopefully you will acknowledge the good will and pay the gesture forward regardless of whether or not you take him up on his gracious offer.....even if anonymously.....do something good for another soul. Good on you Paulhilborn!
