My apoligies if this is not allowed or in the wrong section. I just checked out their site and the prices seem pretty good, and they don't charge an arm and a leg to ship to Canada.

Anyone ever bought from them? Good/bad experiences? Thanks in advance.

For one you already posted it here and you can't move it. The moderator will do so when he sees it. But from now on try the Exchange forums, under "Good bad and the ugly".
And if you want a certain knife I will be able to find you a better price than there, all you have to do is ask nicely and say what you are looking for.

That is where I originally found them but I am talking about buying directly from their website, in which case I'm not sure that fine print would apply.

Whats the difference? If they don't have the efficiency to guarantee that the knife you ordered is in stock (their stock), I wouldn't buy from them. Unless you are close to their shop in Louisiana, I would hesitate, especially considering the tone of that disclaimer. Its not very encouraging to me.

Fair enough. I think I will go with New Graham after all. The knives I want cost a couple dollars more from there, but that seems to be the place recommended by the forum.

I doubt you will be dissatisfied. It has been my experience that good service and integrity are worth a few extra dollars.

If you want a good place in Canada just pm me. I have ordered through them many times and they are top notch people. Plus their prices are lower than Americans in most cases. take care

iM SURE THIS WILL GET DELETED AND I WILL BE BLOCKED BUT I AM GOING TO PUT UP VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE AND POST ON EVERY KNIFE FORUMS ON THE INTERNET! EVERYONE IN THE WORLD IS GOING TO KNOW WHAT A BUNCH OF LOW LIFE PIECES OF SHIT DENNIS AND ALL OF THEM ARE!!!!
THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED,, I PURCHASED A KABAR AND PAID FOR MY NAME TO BE ENGRAVED ON THE BLADE, WHEN I RECEIVED MY KNIFE MY NAME WAS ON THE BLADE (ALONG) WITH THE ENGRAVING INSTRUCTIONS, THEY MUST HAVE HAD THE VILLAGE FUCKING IDIOT ON THE ENGRAVING MACHINE THAT DAY!
I CALLED AND TALKED TO HALEY AND TOLD HER WHAT THEY HAD DONE, SHE SAID TO SEND BACK THE KNIFE AND THEY WOULD REPLACE IT WITH ANOTHER ONE WITH ONLY THE CORRECT ENGRAVING ON IT.
SHE THEN SENY ME A EMAIL THANKING ME FOR MY UNDERSTANDING, PATIENCE AND MY SENSE OF HUMOR WITH THE SITUATION. ALONG WITH THE EMAIL SHE ALSO INCLUDED A SHIPPING SLIP TO SEND THE FUCKED UP KNIFE BACK TO THEM, WHICH I DID!
I CALLED THREE WEEKS LATER TO ASK WHERE MY KNIFE WAS AND HALEY TOLD ME THAT DENNIS HER BOSS SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT AND SHE GAVE ME HIS NUMBER, (HE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE) WELL I CALLED HER BACK TWO WEEKS LATER AND SHE SAID THEY WERE WAITING ON SOME MORE KNIFES TO COME IN BEFORE I COULD RECEIVE MY NEW ONE AND THEY WOULD ENGRAVE MY NAME ON BOTH SIDES OF THE BLADE FOR MY TROUBLES,,,

Great. First post, resurrects a 4 year old thread, curses and screams like it's our fault, and we have to listen to him.
There's a reason he expects to be banned. I would guess he does this frequently, and forums generally get tired of him in a hurry.
 
I recently tried to place an order with them for two knives, one was out of stock after I paid. They let me know within 24 hrs. The other one I opted out of. The refunded my money immediately. No problems besides the posted product that was unavailable.
 
I have ordered a few times from these guys. No problems at all. Even had a couple knives engraved, came out great! The only downside is their shipping is not fast! I have a feeling they order what you order and when they get the item they ship it to you. You can find some really good prices on their site on some knives! Got a Fallkniven for like $80 less than the big online dealers!!
