Anyone ever consider opening a store Front for custom and production knives?

Hey Scott, It's Richard, CEO of Bear Claw Knife & Shear. I know this is a very old post but I was curious as to wether you ever opened your storefront? Are you still making knives?
 
Call a realtor... most commercial leases are for 5yrs Min and can run up to high $ per square foot.
If the business fails your still on the hook pretty much for the lease balance.
