Yes,He's a good guy,never had a problem.Well...I did have a late shipment once and he replaced it with another piece.Meanwhile,the original showed up and he told me,just keep it.He is real big on that bay place with a similar name.
 
I have bought from knifesupply and have been very satisfied. New Graham and Grand Praire knives never let me down either.

They ship a little slower than other vendors I've bought from, usually 7-10 days from placing order to receiving it. If you've got some patience their great pricing is really worth it, I think they've got a really good selection as well.
 
I actually had a pretty bad experience with them a few years back. I wanted to cancel an order, and the guy told me over the phone that he had to charge me a restocking me. I told him that the order didn't even ship yet!

Since I had a 400 dollar order, I got slapped with pretty hefty % fee. I forgot the amount but I will never do business with them ever again. I thought botach was bad but this was messed up. I can understand if he shipped it to me and it was "return to sender" or whatever.

Stick with newgraham or knifecenter. You'll never be cheated.
 
I ordered an SOG Vulcan from KnifeSupply.com on Monday 2/9 and got an email confirming my order. Since then I have tried to call and email them to see if it is in stock and when it will ship. I have not gotten any response. Their voice mail box is full.

Got an email from them this morning. Will ship by weekend.

I ordered from them and the items did not arrive. I was able to track the package after several weeks. It may have been a mix up with the postal system but I was able to find proof that the post office did return the package to them but they did not refund my money. All my emails were ignored. I got the BBB involved but they could not do anything. These people are criminals. They got their items returned and still kept my money. I lost about $175

DO NOT buy from Knife Supply of Nothville MI.
 
SCAMMERS! Do NOT attempt to purchase from these Liars. They do not answer their phone and they do not answer Emails. Avoid this site. If you already placed an order stop the funds ASAP or you will lose your money. The few reviews in this forum that say Knife supply is legit, Are LIES. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

,....... Yes that is true but in this situation I noticed the reviews span over many years from like 2007 - 2017 and it’s polar opposites. From “the worst scammers on earth” to “they never wronged me”. Horse pucky. I just tried to purchase a knife and it never shipped and when I called I got no answer and not even an answering machine also no response to my Emails. I truly believe that the Positive reviews of this company are fakes, written by the scammers themselves masquerading as satisfied customers. My advice: Avoid this Fake Company. Do not get suckered by the promise of a cheap price.

Can you provide more details? When did you place the order? How long before you tried to contact them? How long did you wait for a response? Etc.
