Like the majority, I rarely pull my knife out for people to see. Occasionally, I do get the perceptive people who notice the pocket clip sticking out. Luckily, the people who notice are usually knife addicts themselves, so I get into a rather nice conversation (or debate when the person claims S&W knives are the best).

I think you are on to something. Except with her it would be a Coach purse. same end result though. Warm fuzzies all over.
