Anyone ever heard of a slipjoint brand called monarch?

I picked up a knife at a garage sale the other day. All it says is "Monarch 2234" Google has nothing on the brand. Anyone know anything about it? Ill post pics when I get home.

Academy brands some of their stuff Monarch. Generally not very high quality, but some of it is ok. It's all outsourced in China and branded Monarch for Academy.
