So this guy is on facebook and has posted just about every image on my website to his facebook profile without crediting me as the maker AND posting prices that I dont charge (way too low). Anyone ever run into him? Should I be upset.

If you think there is a problem you can file a complaint with FB and also file a DMCA complaint to have it taken down.

Literally some of the First fatherly advice I was given as a little kid, when our parents would start to leave us kids at home for a small period of time was....... Always put a knife in their hand.

just an update. He has responded to a message and will no longer post my work. I will watch closely. at the risk of giving him more traffic, he has posted stuff from all over. You may want to see if any of your work has appeared on his profile.

If he is reusing pics that you posted on FB you are out of luck legally - you lost your copyright. Instagram too, BTW. Sorry.

Yes, your reminder is good for makers to keep in mind if they wish to keep control of the IP and copyrights.
