Anyone ever mod a 5/6 clip plate to work w/ a 4?

I'm wanting a quick, easy and small footprint clip to use on my 4.

Was wondering if anyone has ever used the 5/6 clip plate by modding it and drilling new holes to mate up with the 4's Kydex sheath?
