Anyone ever ordered off the tops website

Hi folks,
Well, I finally found a little extra money, and ordered my first knife in a long time, a TOPS Ranger Short Stop, I like it because it seems similar in design to a David Dempsey D'Broadhead, but is a $100 dollars cheaper, which at this point is a big consideration for me. Anyway my question is this I ordered off the tops Website and got as far as having a page come up which gave me a price breakdown of the total cost with shipping and entered my debit card number etc... It even said please print this page for your records. Well, I clicked on the continue button, but the screen didn't change, and I haven't gotten an email yet to notify me that the order was received. So I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience, if this means that my order didn't go through, or just that it has, and it won't be received and replied to until Monday, since it's currently a weekend. If anyone can help it's much appreciated. Thanks.

Ive ordered from TOPS several times with no problems. They are a little lax on email returns though. Always have recieved items ordered within a week or so UPS GROUND .If your in doubt give them a call with your order number TOPS are first rate manufacturer/dealer :)
 
Great people at tops. Ordered from them twice, one of those times the knife I wanted was on back order so I had to wait about a month. Besides that they are great, they even send you a hand written thank you note with your order. The knives are quality as well.
 
Yes, I ordered an 11" Steel Eagle from them. They shipped it fast, and yes it's nice to get a little note to let you know they appreciate your business. The Steel Eagle rocks:D
 
Thanks for the info guys, guess I'll wait a few days and see what happens. If nothing else I can always give a call later next week and see if the order went through, and if not order by phone.

edited to add, this thread is not meant in any way to suggest anything negative about TOPS, I've only ever heard good things about them, I just wanted to know more or less if I was smarter than their web ordering system. Just want to clarify that. Thanks

Just an update, just got an email today, TOPS did indeed get my order, and are currently working on turning it out. So far I'm very happy with their customer service.
