I placed an expensive order last thursday or friday and havnt got any shipping confirmation email yet. Called to ask about the order and the phone number sounds like its just a regular cell phone, no shop answering machine or anything like that. The email address they list on their site is just like some link to some advertisement website. Anyone ever bought from this place before? I did make my purchase through paypal so im not worried about getting my money back if somthings not right, but i just feel like it should have been shipped by now or at least got an email saying when it will be shipped.

STAY AWAY from this company. Man ive had some bad luck this past few months. The 2nd time somthing like this has happened to me. So i email the company asking when my item will be shipped. He emails me back in quote "dude i refunded you your money two days ago. I cant fill the order." Are you seriouse??!!!!! This has me in flames. You call your customers dude and then say you cant fill my order with no explanation. And on top of that you dont evan contact me to tell me this until i contact you 5 days after i placed the order!!! And on top of that i never got a refund. I just got off the phone with paypal and they also verified he did not refund me so now i have a claim open and if the seller does not refund me in 10 calender days paypal will refund me and will go after him for the money. I cant evan believe this, just ridiculouse that people run their business this way. So now i am out $390.00 for at least 10 days and have an upgrade pack from wicked edge on the way now, with no wicked edge. Stay away from the sharpener shop!!! This company is no good!!!!
