on thrown objects. If you do throw a khuk, make it a old chiruwa variant, pull the horn scales off an put thick leather ones rivetted on like the ones on that guy's site. If the khuk snapped with throwing, just grind off the blade edge closest to the handle, slap spme tape or leather on there, and keep throwing. I doubt any more will break off.
