I am a newbie looking for a trustworthy knife shop but I can't find any... any recommendations for the chicago land area?

Northwestern Cutlery on Lake street, just west of Halsted, parking lot is free next door to the west. 1-312-421-3666. They specialize in cooking supplies, but have about 50+ folders on sale. Good people,have been there for decades, nothing fancy, but honest, knowledgeable people. They sharpen knives also.
