Anyone from Kansas City

Went to Oklahoma Joes in the gas staton tonight. 100 people on line at a gas station. The line moved quick. I got the ribs and pulled pork with fris and spicy slaw. Not a huge sauce fan at least not in large amounts but this was the best I have had and the ribs where the best I have ever had. That spicy slaw was just perfect with the pulled pork. I never buy the packaged stuff from restaurants but I could not leave this place with out getting a bottle of sauce and fri seasoning.
 
That is the worst review ever. Now I have to try it for myself. I was hoping you would hate it and save me the trip out there. LOL

Sorry,could have done better but was posting from my Iphone. The place really was heads and tails above any BBQ I have ever tried. One of the other guys got the Z man,he was nearly in tears over it. Wish I had went Monday or Tuesday so I could have gone back a couple more nights and tried some of their other stuff.
 
Got to finish telling about the ribs. They were large meaty pork ribs,dry rubbed and smoked with a small amount of sauce on top with extra sauce at the tables you could add if you wanted. They had a awesome smoke line and were seasoned perfect. Here is what made them for me. Most ribs that people like are fall off the bone but for me most of those are just about mush with no real taste of the meat just the overpowering globs of sauce. These were very tender but not to the point of hitting your plate when you pick up the bone. They did fall of the bone but only when you sunk you teeth in.
