I'm not sure how many years I've been going to the show—at least 15 or more. I've never returned home empty-handed. I plan to go on Friday. I may or may not go back on Saturday. Last year, I went both days and Saturday was better for me. The only thing I bought on the first day was a Bridgeport BSA hatchet. Saturday I picked up several new old stock Schrades plus a couple nice custom knives at good prices. My brother went with me on both trips, and Friday was better for him. He did a lot of trading/selling and returned home from the first day with more cash than he left with, plus several knives. I don't think he bought anything the second day.
I've never been to a larger show, so I have nothing to compare it to. There will be vendors selling a variety of knives, from vintage collectibles to high-end customs with plenty of good users in the mix. I see a good bit of trading, and there are usually guys walking around selling knives.
